A good start of P.A Metro Residence Builders, Inc. (PAMRBI) comes from the inspiration given by its mother company, P.A. Alvarez and Development Corporation (PAAPDC). PAAPDC has been a developer of residential properties and estates for more than 16 years, making a name in the Province of Laguna as one of the most active and successful developers in the area. The rise of a new market created by urbanites working and renting houses within Metro Manila compelled PAAPDC to come up with projects that are conveniently located within the metropolis. Thus, PAMRBI was born.

To start with, PAMRBI acquired more than 300 foreclosed condominium units at Smile Citihomes in Novaliches, Quezon City. After renovation and upgrading, said units were sold out in less than a year, given their affordability, accessibility and readiness to be occupied.

Buoyed by the success of its first venture, PAMRBI launched its first major project in 2006, the East Residences Ortigas. Strategically located near the airport, commercial and business centers in Makati, Parañaque and Manila. OMP presented another quality housing option to single professionals, starting families and frequent travellers.
